30 Day Cold Shower Challenge

So last week, during a couple of days of unusually high temperatures for the middle of Spring, I decided I would take the cold shower challenge. This isn't an official challenge as such. It is just a personal one. 

Why, you may ask?  Honestly, I don’t know.  Because I can?  Because I’d heard about so-called benefits that I wanted to see for myself, whether true or false.
