Stage Two of the Six Stages of the Cycle of Suicidal Ideations
Stage two is characterized as individuals “repeatedly thinking about or dwelling on suicidal thoughts, ideas, or plans.” What else does this stage look like?
How many of know what this is, but fail to practice is? Do we teach it, but also implement it into our daily lives? If not, I strongly suggest / encourage us all to start practicing more of it.
