ADHD Series - Part 1

Having been diagnosed as a child, I am still dealing with it while I’m in my 40’s. I was first diagnosed while I was in Elementary school, I believe around Third Grade or so. Of course, the first thing the doctor did was put me on medication that was supposed to help me focus and not be so hyperactive throughout the day.
