Since the new internet protocols need money to store the global repository of data, it needs to have a governance model of this funding.

The new internet paradigm needs a design in which content is not stored with the apps but rather on a public, global and shared database

A new internet is needed to address the growing monopolization of the current internet and lack of compensation for the internet's participants.
