Day 21

Today I feel like I've had some "AHA" moments and some "Oh... shit" moments. And it's only gone 11:30 am.

I had a bit of a rough day yesterday, with some emotionally charged events. I realised, though, that I hadn't dealt with something recently that had been harbouring some anger within. Because I hadn't dealt with it, it was building and slowly coming out at other people by what usually wouldn't trigger an angry response.

This is on top of a few busy days and allowing things to slip a little
