Day 23

I had a good sleep, and we are up at 7:30 am to take on the day. His shows are on, and milo is being consumed.
Cold shower started at 8 am. I've finally implemented my idea to trick myself into staying in the shower longer.




A phone holder, usually for a car. This way, I can turn the music up on my Bluetooth speaker if it's not loud enough once I'm in the shower. I can also change the songs if need be.

I tried selecting a playlist before jumping in, and sometimes, the songs I've chosen aren'
