Day 8

So here we are, Day 8. I was feeling like I should be noticing some benefits now besides the extra focus and energy afterwards.

Then I realised I hadn't discussed the apparent healing benefits I've noticed.

A year ago, I developed a persistent ulcer on my lower leg where the bone had broken through the skin at the ankle. Back when I'd had my accident. The skin and surrounding area had never been the same since, coupled with reduced blood flow to my legs due to the accident.
