The impetus behind this series of blog entries is the stumbling block of using DALL-E to create asymmetrical sculptures and frustration of the process. The LLM does not natively understand or produce relevent images from prompting with "asymmetrical snowflake" or "asymmetrical dodecahedron". Even though under rare climate conditions asymmetrical snowflakes can evolve, and I can easily draw one as well as easily sculpt or digitally model an asymmetrical dodecahedron, the training of the LLM lacks this association. I Created "Awry" a custom private GPT with the directive to create "profoundly asymmetrical" 3D sculptures. This entity is a WIP. In learning how to prompt GPT's I decided to use their main strength: language. I am trying to distill the definitive image representation of single words, juxtapositioned polar words, phrases and concepts, suitable for educational purposes. Here are distilled, definitive essences of "Awry".
