Day 5

Another night of sleeping straight through thankfully. Woke at 8 am and realised I had less than an hour before my cleaner arrived. So got our butts into gear. Set Keegan up then went for the cold shower.

Today I tried the music trick. It was 19 degrees as I dove in. By the second song, I thought, hey this helps. I think mainly because I was shaking my booty. Movement generates heat. It's why we shiver and rub ourselves when it's cold out.
