How many times do we cry out in pain, but not look for solutions to our suffering? Do we try to remove the obstacles in our lives? Let's take a look at a few ideas on challenging adversity.

Have we ever felt disappointed when we failed? How many times did we get back up? Did we keep trying? How much persistence do we have? Do we practice?

How many of us thought that we should try to get rid of our emotions? How many of us thought that we are tired of being emotional? How many of us thought emotions inform us of things?

Understanding people is more than just listening to the present moment & circumstances. It is a collection of events throughout their lives. It is listening from their perspective.

Depending on the theory one follows, there could be four, five, six, or more than six stages to the cycle of suicidal ideations. In today’s lesson, we will cover stage one of six.
