Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

What Is NLP?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) has been around since the 1970s, starting in California and founded by Richard Bandler and John Grinder. They were interested in how people communicate and how they could reproduce excellent communicators' behaviour. NLP is the study of subjective experience and what can be calculated from that. Its main aim is to help people change their thinking and behaviour patterns to achieve specific life goals.

NLP has been controversial from the start.
