Day 35

So it's no longer the Cold Shower Challenge, which I smashed. And today is technically day 35.

It's now the Cold Shower Life.

How long will this continue? I have no idea. For now, however, it's part of my everyday life. There have been a few days this past week where I've gone; screw it, I'm not doing the cold shower this morning. This morning, after a night of not getting to sleep until 2 am. Then getting a 7 am wake-up call from my gorgeous little man.
