Enjoyed the draft article so far, Ben!

Near the end of the current draft where you discuss the reasons why someone might want to hold onto your CC, I really identify with this point: "they *may* view it as a way to continue deepening our relationship"

Personally, if someone buys my CC, I feel more connected to that person than someone who hasn't done so. As a result, If I see that they posted something, have started a project, etc. I'm going to be more likely to engage or support them. In that manner, buying/holding someone's CC is a type of hack to getting their attention, which is something you may not have had the opportunity to do without them offering the CC to be acquired.

Looking forward to reading your final product for the post once you have a chance to finish it!

I must admit the whole creator coin scenario is confusing for new comers. I've set mine to 100% founders reward because I want to learn and be in control of my own destiny without being rugged by experienced campaigners. Once my knowledge increases about the ecosystem then I might consider opening up my CC's. Right now, I'm reading articles like this to understand things better. Thanks Ben. 😊

@Dreamsmile7 I think that's a super wise move for someone that actually wants to take the time to understand how things work before moving forward. You bring up a good point on how CC and FR is confusing for newbies. I feel like it might be causing a barrier for some because they don't want to take the time to learn, so they just do nothing and never come back. Or it might just be a monetary barrier (IE they don't have enough cash to buy some of their own CC). Likely a combination of the 2. It's an interesting problem, because I feel that if people could see that it's not that difficult to start generating income here, then they would invest the time to learn more. Solving that problem might lead to an increase in engagement here.
