I think as time goes on play-to-earn games will become more widely used. It is hard to differentiate between play-to-earn games and pay-to-play games right now. As time goes on and more people start understanding which games are legit and which games are just trying to make money then more people will be willing to play these games rather than the regular games that are out. Also, a good amount of people still do not understand Crypto and how important it is in giving the power back to the people and having a legit and trustworthy distribution of money from industries.

I would argue that it is pretty easy to differentiate between most play 2 earn games and "normal" games. The play to earn games usually have only a semblance of a game tacked on to a monetization method. While normal games are still games but riddled with micro transactions and what not. But can still be played as games. But of course there are always exceptions. =)

That is true. I guess I did not think of it like that. In a lot of the play-to-earn games, you need special NFTs to actually earn or invest in some form to start earning which to me is not play-to-earn. That is just my opinion though. When I think of play-to-earn I think you just need to play to game and interact and explore. Maybe my hopes for play-to-earn gaming are too high. Everything needs money to create money I guess.

It is good to have dreams. And I to hope we will get play2earn games that are just as good as "normal" games. And eventually, everyone will just get payed for their time.
