Raising California worms for compost taught me something unexpected: economics. You start with a modest population of worms, but they multiply quickly, and as their numbers grow, so does their hunger. This constant need to feed them becomes a lesson in resource management. You’re not only looking for ways to supply them with food but also trying to find cost-effective ways to do it. Pretty soon, you’re thinking about every item with potential use. I found myself wondering, “Can the worms eat this? Can I use this old container as a new habitat?” It was all about making the most out of everything around me, whether new or used, to sustain the worms at a minimal cost. Every new container, bucket, or tub that I could use saved me from buying something new—and that made all the difference. Now, I notice that same mindset influencing how I look at the world of **tokenization**. Instead of wondering, "Can I use this to feed or house the worms?" I find myself asking, “Can this be tokenized? How could I tokenize it?” In both cases, it’s about examining resources and considering new, efficient ways to create value. Just as I once adapted and repurposed anything I could to support the worm farm, today I look at real-world assets, wondering about their untapped potential in a digital, tokenized world. : 2 : 0 |
