Hey, good article, I've also been meditating for a long time and have been paying more and more attention to my mental and physical health for the past few years. There's one inaccurate thing in the article though - blue light does not stimulate melatonin release, it actually inhibits it. Melatonin is the "sleep hormone", so inhibition of its release results in reduced sleep quality. : 0 : 1
