Thank you, I'm experimenting with MidJourney, sometimes applying drawing to it, some others just writing wildly imaginative descriptions to it. Either way, it's an amazing tool to give a shape and colour to my ideas (or to my writing).

Hey, good article, I've also been meditating for a long time and have been paying more and more attention to my mental and physical health for the past few years. There's one inaccurate thing in the article though - blue light does not stimulate melatonin release, it actually inhibits it. Melatonin is the "sleep hormone", so inhibition of its release results in reduced sleep quality.
