Understanding an ADHD Mind

I have learned over the years that when I get multiple tasks assigned, I have to write them down. If I don’t, I will get focused on one thing and totally forget the others. I have also learned that if I get distracted from a task, I have to write down what I was doing so that I can go back to that task.
